Retained and project-based strategy for organizations ready to center neurodivergent learner’s, engage families authentically, and future-proof for equity.
What This Is (And What It’s Not)
This Is:
- Systems-level strategy and organizational transformation
- Policy review, program design, and stakeholder engagement
- Board advisory and long-term accountability structures
- Work grounded in lived experience and evidence-based practice
This Is Not:
- One-off professional development
- Generic DEI training
- Compliance-only consulting
- Inspiration without implementation
How We Work Together
Phase 1: Discovery & Assessment (Weeks 1-4) We start with a systems audit: reviewing policies, analyzing practices, and assessing family engagement structures. I identify gaps between your stated values and lived reality—and give you a clear-eyed view of where you are.
Phase 2: Strategy Design (Weeks 5-8) Together, we co-create a roadmap. This includes program design, policy recommendations, stakeholder engagement plans, and accountability structures. You’ll have a blueprint that’s specific to your context—not a one-size-fits-all template.
Phase 3: Implementation Support (Months 3-6 or 3-12) I stay with you through implementation. This can include facilitation support, staff training design, board advisory sessions, and real-time problem-solving as you roll out new systems.
Phase 4: Sustainability Planning (Final Quarter) We build the structures that ensure this work continues after our formal engagement ends. That means internal accountability measures, ongoing evaluation frameworks, and leadership capacity-building.
What This Work Makes Possible
Below are a few examples of what organizations experience when they commit to systems-level change:
| A mid-size school-adjacent nonprofit restructured its family engagement programming after a systems audit revealed a 60% drop-off rate among families of neurodivergent children in their flagship after-school program. Within two quarters, attendance stabilized and staff reported fewer escalation incidents. A regional advocacy coalition used the strategy design phase to reframe a stalled DEI initiative — shifting from a compliance-driven approach to a community-accountability model. They secured renewed foundation funding based on the updated program design. A board navigating community trust issues after a policy misstep used the advisory retainer to redesign their community input process. The new structure was cited by a key funder as a model for equitable governance. |
Engagement Options
6-Month Retainer Partnership Ideal for organizations implementing new programs or shifting existing structures. Includes monthly strategy sessions, on-call advisory support, and deliverables customized to your needs.
12-Month Transformation Partnership For deep systems change. Includes all elements of the 6-month option, plus board advisory, staff capacity-building, and ongoing evaluation support.
Project-Based Partnerships (3-6 months) Focused engagements for specific initiatives: RFP responses, pilot program design, policy review, or stakeholder engagement strategy.
Board Advisory Retainer Quarterly or ongoing advisory support for boards navigating neurodiversity inclusion, compliance, community accountability, and strategic planning.
| A Note on Availability I take on a limited number of partnership clients each quarter. This is intentional — the depth of engagement this work requires isn’t compatible with volume. If you’re considering a partnership, I’d encourage you to reach out before your timeline becomes urgent. → Current availability: [Q3 2026 / limited spots — update each quarter] |

If you’re looking for a quick fix, a compliance checklist, or someone to tell you you’re already doing great—this isn’t the right fit.
Investment
Systems change is not a line item — it’s a strategic decision. Organizations that have done this work report that the cost of not changing — staff turnover, community trust erosion, failed grant cycles, compliance risk — far exceeds the investment in getting it right.
Partnerships begin at $15,000 for project-based work and $25,000+ for retained engagements, depending on scope, organization size, and deliverables.
Custom proposals are developed after an initial consultation. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing because I don’t do one-size-fits-all work.ps begin at $15,000 for project-based work and $25,000+ for retained engagements, depending on scope, organization size, and deliverables.
Let’s Start the Conversation

This is a strategic conversation — not a sales call. I’ll be direct about whether this work is the right fit, and I expect the same from you.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about what’s possible.
